"We had a great stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable."

"If you want to spend the whole night unable to sleep from 2AM till 9 AM listening to someone pressure washing the hotel sidewalks then River Rock is the place to stay! I’m so glad they used one of those extra loud industrial machines too, the quieter ones are so ‘yesterday’! And, why on earth would you do it in the daytime!?!?"

"Pet friendly, I love this space the colours, the location right in the middle of the city you feel like you're in a Vegas cottage getaway Love it The staff are lacking lustre. Not welcoming. Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job. They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator. "

"Rooms are starting to show their age, especially in the bathrooms. Wifi went out several times during our stay. Free parking is great and the location is close to several restaurants. Nice view of the mountains. Columbia tower is the better of the 3 wings. "

"Staff was super accommodating and friendly and the establishment was well decorated . Staff made it easy to check in even though I was early. I would definitely recommend it . "
