"Staff were mostly super helpful and nice, the space was quite nice with many options for common hang outs, even during the holiday period it was quiet and respectful since most of us came to ski each morning, hot tub was a great extra for sore muscles but also for socializing. "

"From being greeted by the doorman to the smooth check in - our stay was perfect! We loved being able to check our bags so we could explore Vancouver before our hotel checkin and then check them again while we attended the Canucks game! Picking them up on our way to the hullo was seamless. All the staff we interacted with were courteous and welcoming. We usually stay closer to the arena but we will be switching to your hotel for our future downtown Vancouver stays. "
