"The beds were comfy and the front staff was super friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the pool is not accessible for wheelchair, which my son uses. It’s a staircase down to it and no alternative route. He was very disappointed. Front desk tried to help problem solve. They did upgrade us to a suite to accommodate more space for his wheelchair in the room which was appreciated. "

"This is an old hotel and not much of upgrade or upkeep so it’s probably rated on the lower end for experience and quality. "

"Stayed one night with family. The location is super convenient ( you can walk to Robson St. for shopping & eating. FYI- grocery store, IGA is only a couple min) and room was clean with everything ( microwave, fridge , safety box, bathrobes and even toothbrush! ) Parking is adjacent to hotel also. Only cons: windows are not soundproof and I felt like they are opened when hearing siren or car noise during night . Recommend to bring ear plugs! lol But other than that we enjoyed to stay there : )"

"The room was older and needed an update. The cord for the water kettle was too short. The wall plug ins were so low. The mattresses are hard. The side chair didn’t quite fit by the bed, For the price and location, it was good. So we would overlook the rest. "

"Airport shuttle was great. Plenty of room for all our ski equipment. Also runs on time."
