"Stayed in the gold level rooms, very friendly staff and accommodating. Helpful in booking reservations or giving directions. Gold level lounge is worth the money for the breakfast, evening snacks etc. Very convenient location to be able to walk around downtown. Also a nice spot to see the cruise ships coming and going"

"The hotel has lots of options, the pool and waterslide are fantastic (especially when you have restless kids). The only downside is that all the restaurants, aside from two, are in the casino. When you have kids in tow eating in room isnt always id"

"We arrived at the hotel. We were given a room in the Columbia Tower (as booked). We got into the room. Carpet had multiple burn looking type stains in the carpet. Bathroom didn't appear to have a working fan in it so the ceiling had molding water spots throughout. And large crumbs were found throughout the room - near the bed and the lounge chair. Room was all around in disrepair. Also found floating bandaids and large skin pieces in the hot tub. We didn't bother asking for another room as we were only there for one night post Cruise and flying out early the next morning. Staff at the front desk were nice though. Denny's was nice and convenient to have attached."

"Just a little confusion about when our room was ready for check in. First call, they said it was ready, but when we showed up it wasn’t. Second time this happened, they again said it was ready over the phone, after the second phone message, and then when we showed up it wasn’t. Then two min later, it was. So a bit of confusion over that. Otherwise all was perfect! Staff was friendly, helpful."
