"Excellent hotel. Great room, bed, pool. Very quiet too. Everything was great except the breakfast, which was very very average. Please, no more paper plates and plastic knives and forks, it's impossible to enjoy eating anything from that except maybe a sandwich on a picnic. Totally environmentally bad too."

""Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon. "
