"This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is placed perfectly by both the central tram and railway stations and you can get a bus almost door to door between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Room well serviced and comfortable. I would warn anyone though, that if you are a light sleeper there is background noise and a little vibration from the trams. But to be fair, they do supply earplugs! Looking forward to returning."
