The apartment suite was clean and well kept. Reception was helpful and informative. Kitchen was adequately kitted out though more cleaning products for the kitchen sink would have been better than the tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid. We were happy with the stay and would be happy to stay there again if we visited Brisbane. Location is good too. Near food and shops. Thank you!

The main problem was when you check in the hotel will only accept your credit card in payment rather than your debit card which means if from overdras you incur currency convesion charges so pay in advance. I had issues with the curtains and Foxtel that the staff resolved quickly and efficiently. Centrally located in Brisbane so a good base to explore from.

The room was in very good condition, clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The internet was very poor. We had difficulty using it at all. A hand towel in the bathroom would be beneficial. The addition of simple condiments such as salt, pepper & oil would be great.
