Room was clean. Bed very comfortable, and air-conditioner worked a treat. Would have given 5 stars except there wasn't a hand towel in the bathroom & only 1 elevator was working so it took ages to get up or down from our floor.

Photos online look good but our room wasn’t up to expectation. Our particular room and bathrooms in particular very tired and could do with a refresh from owners. Felt odd with the reception being a separated office from main entrance and tower. Location in CBD good with short walk to main public transport links and likely only get better when the station across the road opens again.

Quality bedding, for an excellent sleep. Very clean and dishwashing clothes washing chemicals were provided the only negative was. It was very noisy as I knew tram or train station was being built across the road at the time.

Only 1 lift working terrible getting to and from the room. The works on the roads very very noisey through the night hard to sleep then works carried out in the next apartment the next day also very noisey, reception should have communicated this, in the end I requested a room move, reception was accomodating, the new room was quieter unfortunately the jug didn’t work. Very disappointed with stay.😤 I would like to say the reception staff were very pleasant.

It's in a walkable location to Queenstreet, bit dated, but was a lovely overnight stay, didn't notice any construction noise & slept with the balcony open, friendly reception staff & great kabab place on the corner.

Overall, the apartment was an acceptable place to stay, and the location would normally be quite convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by a few things. There is currently a construction site directly opposite the building, which creates a considerable amount of noise both during the day and at night. This is obviously not something the accommodation can fully control, but it is worth being aware of when booking. The apartment could also have been a little cleaner. There was carpet throughout, which may make it more difficult to keep the floors clean. For families with crawling children, I would probably not recommend the apartment, as anything that touched the floor ended up noticeably dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in the hallway near the elevators. I’m not sure whether it was coming from one of the other apartments or lingering in the carpet, but it was quite noticeable. The curtains unfortunately did not provide much blackout, so the apartment remained quite bright at night. We also felt that the additional nightly charge for a baby cot was rather expensive, especially considering that the mattress was extremely thin and provided very little padding. In fact, the total cost of renting the cot for just a few nights could easily add up to the price of a brand-new basic baby cot, which made the charge feel rather unreasonable given the quality provided. Overall, it was an an acceptable stay.
