All details of our booking were correct and in their system, staff as always are great, efficient, informative and empathetic, including the restaurant and bar staff. What a great little motel! The room was very comfortable, clean and really nicely decorated, and came with a cute breakfast pack. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the pub was great for a nice meal. I'd stay here again.

My partner and I stayed one night at the Bribie Island Hotel. Check in was easy. The room itself was clean and everything you need for a short stay. The location is great being right across the beach. We had an undercover car park which was great given the time of year with storms etc. My only criticism would be that the room is very dated and dark.
