"The kettle was filthy and we had to ask for a new one. Only enough tea, coffee, sugar and sweeteners for 1 day. We were there for 3 days checking out on the 4th day. The shower curtain did not keep any water of the floor. The floor was like a swimming pool after every shower. We stayed for 3 days with no clean towels. Lack of service is sad. "
