"Shower head in our room was half blocked and spraying everywhere, told reception and the onsite plumber came to fix straight away. Great rooms, not the easiest to get to from public transport bus that's for sure but not too bad location wise. Not much in the area really but close to the Ferry terminal. Still happy with our stay!"

Bed comfortable, One minute walk to Royal Qld Yacht Squadron club where you receive member ship prices for motel guests also easy walk into town cates beach parks etc. Ideal location, great staff and facilities. "I stay each time I travel to Brisbane. Plenty of undercover parking, close to transport links ( I catch the bus to the city) and a new, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. The rooms are outstanding and the mini kitchen has everything you need for a prolonged stay. The kitKat gift and water is an appreciated touch. The rooms are spotless and well appointed and the beds are divine. Fluffy towels and very nice toiletries - I will continue to be s repeat customer when in Brisbane."

"Loose toilet seat clesners should be reporting to maintenance. The common areas walking to your room on the floor smelt funky but not the rooms themselves. Didn't like not being greeting and just pointed to the self checkin machine. "
