"The place is good enough for a one-night stay for a big group such as a
family of 6 like us. The international breakfast buffet also have a great variety that cater to various taste buds and someone who like to experience various cuisine like me. I enjoyed the room temperature swimming pool as well, especially in the chilling weather in Cameron. However, the room conditions is not fantastic and hence, it is good for just one to two nights. The customer service is good enough."

"I'm not picky when it comes to where I stay, I only really require a decent-ish bed and a clean a bathroom. This hotel failed on pretty much every count. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room.
To start with looks much dingier than the photos, which is something I always expect but not nearly to this degree. The room had not been cleaned before hand as the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had what looked like it poop in the drain. ...

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all.
We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all.
There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...

"Upon arrival u will feel it’s an abandoned building. No maintenance on exterior and common area. Only inside the unit is nice and clean. Hollow vibes when walking down the floor to find our units. The top floor is only for viewing or smoking corners. Nice view since it’s at the peak. Good place for big group gathering. Not recommended for

"The highlight of this hotel is the garden. Great for bird watching in the morning. In the evening, sit outdoor enjoying some drinks and chit-chat with your traveling group. Some rooms are very small. Especially the bathrooms. About 3.5ft x 4ft. One of the bathrooms has no window and the ventilator was not working. I leave the rest to your imagination. Room rate below RM200 would be reasonable. Bathrooms with glass partition are bigger in size. Best to call the hotel to check on the type of rooms...

"Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family.
This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children or anyone with health concerns. Basic cleanliness and safety should never be compromised. Very disappointed that this was even listed on a platform like Expedia."
