"Bed was comfy - No guidance to when breakfast was when checked in. Had to pay extra for gym although advertised on booking. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and dust on the mirrors - could hear all doors slam and people in rooms - breakfast was disappointing unfortunately - gyms the best part"

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times especially when trying to fall asleep. A plus was the free and ample parking available, which made things very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas for improvement."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn as part of a surprise birthday trip for my partner, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment i arrived, the check-in process was excellent. I was warmly welcomed with a smile and professional service by Khadija at the help desk, who was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her professionalism immediately made us feel comfortable and set a positive tone for our stay. Since this trip was planned as a special surprise celebration, the warm welcome meant a lot. We were also given complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the experience. Small gestures like this make guests feel valued and appreciated. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the cooling in our room. After mentioning it to the staff member on duty that evening (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember), she responded professionally and offered to either move us to another room or provide a fan. Although we initially worried about the stress of moving our belongings, she kindly reassured us and even offered assistance from hotel staff to help move our things if we chose to relocate. In the end, we decided to stay in the room and opted for fans instead, which were quickly provided and helped improve our comfort. What stood out most throughout our stay was the exceptional hospitality and customer service. The staff genuinely cared about ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. Overall, I recommend"

"The room was very outdated , broken window and blinds which didnt work. The room was extremely hot with only a fan to circulate the already very warm air. Athough the front desk staff were polite, they seemed to struggle with any more than one thing at a time! Although the surroundings were really nice, I dont think I will stay at this hotel again especially when the weather is 30 plus"
