"This hotel was of poor quality. The interior needs updating. The ice machine was inoperable, the exercise room had one treadmill that was inoperable, the bathroom toilet is extremely low and the exhaust fan was inoperable. The breakfast was very limited. They ran out of food and the selection was very continental. For an Amish area known for food, this was a disappointing experience. The manager was not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We would not want to recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The bed was so soft that I thought I was going to be swollowed up. The breakfast had stale bagels, no cereal, and no coffee. During check in the front desk tried to charge me for 2 extra adults and I had to explain to her that these are my 15 and 11 year old boys and they are added to the reservation as kids.
