"Where do I begin! I’ll start with the good: The outside of the building was nice and parking was easy. The sheets were soft The towels were soft(but very small) Now for the real. -The towel I used had hair still on it. -There was trash under the bed that was visible when walking in the room, so not sure how housekeeping missed it. -The bed was SOOOO small. It was actually more like a metal cot. It was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life. It also squeaked when you move just the slightest. -The shower head needed to have some of the calcium cleaned off, because the water was barely coming out of the little holes. -This is the first time I have been to an Extended Stay type property and there was not a dish, pot, pan or silverware, so I suppose if you want to use their stove, bring your own pots when you travel. I wouldn’t want to use it anyway, because there was hair on the stove too. -The fridge was dirty on the front and the handle. -When we arrived for check in at 11:00ish p.m. there was no one at the front desk. We had to use a courtesy phone to get someone down stairs. That was a first for me. Honestly the place was just dirty. I didn’t feel safe hygienically. Just the basics were not tended to. The sad thing is that these are all things that can be tended to with normal care which was obviously lacking. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"Not flexible with check in. Acted to freshen up for a funeral after a flight and drive into Logan. No opportunity to get the next available room. Just, no check ins before 3 period. Won't be booking here again."

"On first full day I returned to find the night security device deployed holding the door from completely closing I do not recall leaving it to prevent complete door closing when I left in am This suggests an employee or person who had room access left it so complete door closing was prevented. Otherwise my stay was very good"

"Absolutely the worst 2 nights of sleep I have ever gotten. We had a room immediately by a door that led outside. The door had zero resistance so it slammed every single time people went in and out. This happened well into the late evening and very early morning. It would keep me awake and prevent me from falling back asleep. The staff did not care at all and couldn’t be bothered. There was also what looked to be possible blood stains on the carpet. Please never stay here!"
