"The view was everything!!! Absolutely amazing, definitely worth every penny. Be cautious with the drive up, drive slow. Sit by the fireplace behind the pool area because they view was the best!"

"We booked this room on Travelocity as we were traveling through the area. Check-in was easy even though we had booked the room only minutes before, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel’s facilities are suitable for conferences, however, it was not full on the night that we stayed. I highly recommend this hotel, while the room was small, it was well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The lake view from our room was amazing. There were walking trails in front of the hotel along the lake with lovely views. We look forward to returning to this area as Lake Junaluska is a beautiful location."

"Overall we had a nice experience. The view is amazing so that alone was worth it. It could have been cleaner and better maintained. We had both closet doors in our place broken (barely dangling on), and there was not the basic pantry items stocked that we are at least used to having when we stay at a rental unit. No bit deal just had to go to the store and buy some basic cleaning supplies, storage bags, etc. It is a nice touch to have them though when you stay at a place after traveling so far. The hot tub and the water in the showers down by the pool area was ice cold the day we got there but after letting them know they fixed it by the next day. The pool area is definitely a little rough and needs an overhaul. It was probably nice when it was first opened but now is dirty, broken steam room, etc. The view from the balcony was worth dealing with everything else though and would definitely bring us back. It was breathtaking! Beds were comfy, our daughter loved the loft area, and overall a nice little apartment for our family vacation."

"The folks there were lovely in getting us into the property. The place was spacious and very nice. Only downside is the location (right next to the highway), could hear the cars/trucks constantly. They do provide a white-noise machine and ear plugs to drown out some of it which is super helpful and greatly appreciated. We would go back again as the location is great and close to so many activities and some wonderful restaurants nearby."
