"Did not give me my refund back due to a issue with my partner they were disgustingly rude and I will never go there again I ran out of fuel going home cause of there so called procedure would not listen to what I had to say and made me wait for 1.5 hours to talk to a manager who didn’t turn up I will be pursuing this further"

"10/10 for everything.
we were warmly greeted both when checking in and out of Quest. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well laid out, clean and very comfortable.
we had a car and had prior to visit arranged for a parking space, although it cost $15 pn we were able to park our car in a gated secure car park at the back of the hotel, which gave us piece of mind and well worth the cost.
We have stayed in many Quest hotels in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide but Quest Joondalup was by far the best out of all.
Thank you for making our stay such a perfect one.
