"Location posted on Expedia was Interlaken where we wanted to stay but the hotel is located in Brienz which is 20 minutes by train from Interlaken. Hotel is located right in front of Lake Brienz and train/boat station which is great but its old 2 story building with small rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was good, however no toaster or microwave in breakfast area. SHort staffed, owner was on the counter plus doing everything."

The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room.
