"The hotel staff are all very very friendly. I like them a lot! The building is an old apartment building, not an excellent property, but pretty well managed. My suggestion to guest here is to not have breakfast in the downstair smoothie place. The smoothie is made out of some pre-mixed powder and did not strike us to be healthy or tasty. And it is expensive. I like the Turkish restaurant on the corner - forgot its name - though also pretty expensive. it seems nothing around the area is priced reasonably, the difference is quality."

"This is the 2nd time we stayed here and it's a cute little place. It looks clean and the fresh air is great when you step outside. It does look a little older but nothing that bothers us at all. It had exactly what we needed and would definitely come back again."

"This is a perfect family oriented spot for visiting downtown Woodstock. We stayed in one of their family suites. It was spacious and comfortable without being ostentatious. Loved the details in the outdoor space--well tended plants and flowers, as well as, fire pits and Adirondack chairs to hang out by the river."

"The room was very clean and quite and comfortable bed. The interior was very clean. My door to the courtyard had a broken handle and an exterior entrance had a broken lock. Grass in courtyard and around the exterior of the hotel needed trimming. Very reasonable price."
