"More staff needed in the atrium restaurant in the evenings. Poor girl was run off her feet going bar, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and trying to obtain drinks from a bar that wasn’t stocked.. Rach. Your a credit to the team "

"Very helpful, friendly staff, delicious food, luxurious hotel, loved my huge room and bathroom (best shower ever!), parking available on the street and in the garage, and on the seafront, about 10 minutes walk into town. Brilliant experience."

"Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"
