"The service was good, and everyone we spoke with at the property was very polite. Aside from that, I don’t have many good things to say. The room was dated, the basic rooms look nothing like the photos online, the bed was too soft and quite uncomfortable. WiFi worked intermittently. The hot tub was cold and sauna was very small. Overall very disappointed in what I thought was gong to be a very relaxing stay."

"Fabulous people who run this hotel, a great location. If you are there to ski it’s the best deal anywhere around the ski area, and the gondola is within walking distance. "

"Simple hotel, clean and tidy. We used it as a base to ski in Meribel, So we only spent a few hours sleeping and having breakfast at the hotel. We will stay again. 2 min walk to lift station, some car parking, ski and boot room, again simple but works."

"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"
