"Starting at 5:30am, the fire alarm let out one loud ring every 3 minutes. This obviously disturbed my sleep. I brought the issue up at the front desk during checkout and was told that the issue was happening in several rooms on property. There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated guests before I made it to the elevator."

"Cigarette smell was terrible "

"All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel."

"It is always an excellent hotel, with very clean rooms and air conditioning is great. Very safe and secured parking."

"Clean, new, and love the suite with the nice bathroom shower. It was the best gym I have seen and then door pool was perfect."
