Point A London Kings Cross - St Pancras
Sheets didn’t seem very clean, hairs in them. Although we purchased late check out we were woken up by staff banging on our doors telling us to leave. Who then bluntly apologized and left once we told them. No kettle was a disappointment. Upon check out staff were using profanities among each other ...

One Hundred Shoreditch
The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb.
