"The second time I've stayed, and something has happened to the hot water. I reported it to the front desk in person this time, and there was no real acknowledgment. "

"Gave me a room that smelled like bleach at first which I could not stand. Changed to another room that had a strong perfume smell almost like someone just sprayed it. Requested another room. The 3rd room didn’t smell but had an unclean undertone. Meaning that every surface had a film on slime on top it. It was not relaxing at all and frankly cannot recommend this place. I must say that this had been one of the worst experiences from just sanitary standpoint. I would not expect to find this in Orange County. I highly recommend to the staff to thoroughly check and clean each room and surface and so forth located on property."

"Check in was easy and Dorothy was so nice and helpful. Stacey is a cool bartender and the hummus platter was really good. Room was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and they do charge per night. Only draw back was they charged me for 2 waters that I didn’t even touch. Has to call and get it removed."
