"Front desk staff was rude. Vending machines did not work. Checked us out after one night so when we got back to our room late for our second night no keys worked and front desk acted like it was an inconvenience to reactivate our keys. A large person would not fit around the bathroom door to get to the toilet. We had booked a 2 queen room. They only had 2 double rooms left they claimed and tried to tell me that is what I booked. I showed them my reservation on my phone as two queens. They claimed that since I booked third party that was what I was got! But! It is pretty cool how the Navy shipyard which is across from the hotel plays the national anthem at 8 am every morning. And beds were comfortable even though 4 of us had to squeeze into full size beds"

"Our family has stayed here many times. It’s clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, with an excellent breakfast. Great location with many activities, restaurants and shops in walking distance."

"The breakfast was ok but no meat like bacon or ham or something. The elevator i thing is getting replaced because there was writing on it the pool was closed. With all that the coffee maker in lobby was above normal for sure the view was amazing the staff was amazing there was only one lady in the breakfast area was sweet as a peach the rest of them were grumpy and did nothing to help out the food. If it was my hotel they would all be fired but the lady saying good morning to everyone thats just in Kitchen. The rest of the hotel was great and I would stay again for sure"

"Parking in convenient but expensive. If you want a view this hotel does not have it. The hotel is very clean. "

"One of the staff smoked right outside the door and it smelled of smoke all the way down the hall. Very off-putting. Updating the decor would make it more welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
