"We loved everything BUT The first night we had control of the air conditioning However the second night we did not and it was uncomfortably warm (23) we went to the desk because the phone in our room did not work and they said they would be up to adjust and never came so we went down 3 times and the man said it cannot be adjusted so we had a horrible night sleep because of that!!!!!!
