"We went here due to not being able to get a hotel in Fussen at short notice. It was fine, just a 15 minute drive into Fussen. Not a lot of dining options near hotel. A car is a must if staying here."

"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "Wir haben die Lodge Gänseblümchen wegen Balkon, Kamin, Bergblick und 2. Bad gebucht. Vor Ort dann die Enttäuschung - separat abgelegene Terrasse in irgendeinem Noteck ohne Lodge Zugang (kein Hinweis beim Check Inn), Terrasse ohne Beleuchtung, ohne Sonnenschirm und defekter Sonnenliege. Liebloser geht kaum noch. Kein Kamin und fehlendes 2. Bad ist nahezu belanglos. Denn die Frechheit ist, dass es quasi Souterrain ist - steht man vor dem Fenster und schaut raus, ist man auf Stoßstangenhöhe und...
