"The location was perfect for logistics of 1 night stay. It’s across the street from the train station and next to a major tram stop. Patrick at the front desk was incredibly helpful in guiding is to several places we needed to go and the included breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The included free transit pass was very helpful. "

"If you like hot water and full pressure, the shower is great! My room was small, but I was traveling solo so there was plenty of space. Space. They brought a fan up for me because as an American we need moving air in a room! Windows open nicely as well. They could use a few more pillows on the bed. The hotel is very convenient to the heart of Basel. If you're coming in from the train, jump on the 30 bus and get off at the very first stop. The hotel is directly across the street. You'll also receive a travel pass for public transportation through your booking."
