"Our unit was a 2BR plus loft with 3 full baths. The master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has two queens and the loft/den area has a queen size bunk bed. Both bedrooms and the loft/den are on the second floor of the unit. The unit was quite comfortable, but does not have air conditioning should you be visiting in the summer. The unit was clean but shows some signs of age and the bathrooms while adequate are not fancy. Parking in the garage, while tight for larger vehicles (we had a GMC Yukon)...

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. "This is a STUDIO - not a 3 bedroom condo. Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it. Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool. The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...
