"Who stayed there for four days and two of the four days there’s no hot water in the entire hotel. There was no compensation for this. Our refrigerator stopped working the first day. They did not even apologize. The door to the bathroom is a sliding barn door. There are big gaps on either side that you can totally look inside the bathroom. It’s not a big deal if you’re staying as a couple, but when you have your older daughter and you’re staying in there, it’s very embarrassing for her. "
