"It was very good. I stayed for a week. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The bilingual employees were a huge help since i dont speak portuguese. Gustavo at the front desk always went above and beyond to help me."

"I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat. "
