"First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Okay if you can close your windows and turn on the AC but it was shut down for the winter season and management wouldn't turn it on so a couple of bad sleeps. "

"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"The welcome at this hotel is truly wonderful. The shuttle service is excellent. Upon request, they pick us up or drop us off at the airport. They even offer a service to pick us up and drop us off at the restaurant, which is fantastic and also very rare; I'd never seen that before. For one night, it's perfect!"

"Our host was so amazing, property was so clean and beautiful, walked to cafes and beaches and restaurants, the host recommended the most amazing restaurant:co apoxoncjkomn, we ate dinner and the next day had cocktails on the beach chairs! The host was amazing with pick up and even offered to take us to our next destination! Highly recommend staying!!"
