"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."

"Kein Marriot Hotel Level. Als erstens würde ich den Cleaning Partner austauschen, Haare auf dem Boden, in der Dusche, Flecken im Bett.
