, very courteous staff, but parking is very limited. We had to drive around the area for quite a while to find a space. Parking is not included as advertised. They have a very small lot which was full and double parked. City center location was noisy. "

"Hotel Alter Wolf was beautiful. The area around the hotel was walkable and felt very safe. The Wolfsburg castle was a short walk away and we spent a lot of time there. My main downside is that there was not a refrigerator or coffee machine in the rooms "

"The front desk staff was so helpful. Checkin was easy. The hotel is older and in overall very good condition. It’s location is fantastic- close to the train station , vw autostrade, and shopping. The room was on the small side but decent, the bath was very nice but tight. We did find a giant hair ball on the bathroom floor, not really an easy thing to miss during cleaning.

"Beim Check-In ist niemand vor Ort. Zimmer sind sehr klein, genau wie die Betten und das Badezimmer. Jeder Schritt, jedes Wort und je Bewegung des Zimmernachbarn ist sehr deutlich hörbar. Beim Frühstück steht das nötigste bereits auf dem vorgegebenen Platz, wäre schön gewesen hier etwas mehr Auswahl zu haben, Müsli fehlt zum Beispiel komplett. Dafür gab es frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, das ist ein Pluspunkt."
