family
a few times at this hotel and generally it is quite good apart from this stays service issues. We ordered a drink in the bar which was not very busy and then waited 20 mins to receive it even after asking where it was twice. Upon delivering the said round of drinks a bottle of coke was dropped onto me and my partner. They were of course apologetic but it compounded an already frustrating situation.
