Very nice hotel with amazing view, It’s give you an opportunity to view the city from the top and allow you to enjoy the seen, moreover it was nice animations.
Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time! Also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.
What I can tell more about the hotel is that there is no better view in the city other than this hotel.
Large balcony with two type of room views one to the city and another to the mountains, it was snowing that night and we enjoyed watching it after having a pleasant dinner at the hotel restaurant which was having windows large one all around to give stunning view from all angles.
Room was very warm and somehow at night really can get hot as at some point we had to open the Windows to cool the room but it was fine, we managed to sleep well.
Bathroom are really clean and nice with hot water.
All room design are great with nice touches or international taste.

Was a nice city break, I felt good here.
The staff was polite and welcoming.
Although it was -10 degrees and snowing, the entrance was clean and the pool was warm.
Some drawbacks:
- the smart TV does not have a WiFi connection;
- some minor room issues

Hotel mit gehobenen Anspruch. Sehr sauber und ruhig, obwohl in der Zeit, in der wir da waren, 2 Hochzeiten gleichzeitig stattgefunden haben.
Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon in 4. Stock mit schönem Ausblick.
Einziges Manko: das Badezimmer! Die offene Dusche - ohne Duschvorhang oder Duschkabine - man kann sich leicht vorstellen, wie der Boden nach 2 x duschen ausgesehen hat und wie rutschig das war. Auch gibt es im Badezimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kulturtasche oder Sonstiges. Das Restaurant hingegen ist spitze, sehr empfehlenswert! Achtung, nicht preiswert aber jeden Cent wert!

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht
Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen - super Skyline über Brasov. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider fehlten ein paar Ausstattungen im Zimmer (zusätzlicher Abfalleimer im Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine). WLAN war in unserem Zimmer sehr schlecht und nicht zu gebrauchen.

A reserver les yeux fermés
Un superbe hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. Sans parler du personnel, de l'espace balnéo et du restaurant panoramique qui est panoramique par sa vue et par ses plats sublimes.
A trois personnes, des tournedos Rossini dignes d'un restaurant étoilé français pour seulement 80€ à trois!

Schones Hotel mit tollem Ausblick
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gemütlich - man merkt, dass das Hotel relativ neu ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick über Brasov - trumhaft. Das Personal ist nett, hilfbereit und kompetent. Wir hatten leider keine Zeit, den Pool oder die Sauna auszuprobieren, aber alles sah gut aus. Man ann abends im Restaurant mit gehobener Küche essen - die Gerichte schmecken gut, die Bedienung ist in Ordnung. Man kann vom Hotel nach 10 Min. zu Fuß mitte im Brasov sein. Alles in allem, wir waren sehr zufrieden und könnes das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Horrible experience
Ok so I don’t really know where to start. Service was bad, the room was really small even though we bought the superior one. Can’t say the view was exceptional (I’ve seen better for this price range). The restaurant even though expensive didn’t really live up to those standards. My wife had a piece of glass in her food and even though we were in a different room we couldn’t help it notice the loud music coming from the actual restaurant (a wedding took place). The breakfast was poor and cheap, no natural juices, no fruits, and some of the food seemed like it wasn’t fresh.

Needs a face lift
There is 2 hotel balvaders one across from the other and you won't know if you will get a the old or the new until the check in.
I got the old hotel, the rooms are bigger but need a bit of face lift and cleaning.
Very bad water flow in the shower and the cleaning is not the best.
But there is an excellent restaurant and the view from the hotel is amazing.

Belvedere solo per la vista!
Vista spettacolare ma non basta! Camera ampia e pulita. Servizio di reception pessimo, 2 reception in 2 strutture differenti....ti mandano avanti e indietro dall'una all'altra coi bagagli. Pochissima attenzione al cliente. Colazione nella norma. Se poi arrivate come noi di sabato attenti agli eventi organizzati in hotel (ricevimenti nunziali ecc...) Perché trovare un parcheggio diventa un miracolo!

È un hotel di recentissima costruzione, la piscina non è terminata, il bagno non presenta nessun comfort, nemmeno un ripiano per posare la spazzola o ganci per gli asciugamani, il condizionatore e montato all altezza del cuscino, mancano una vera reception e la sala della colazione, le attività amministrative e la colazione si svolgono nella struttura di fronte.

I used Orbitz to book the hotel and they gave me a hard time because they said I had to alsl pay them at checkout even after showing them Orbitz had charged me.It was a real hassle to get them understand that. The hotel was 90% empty BUT it's has best view. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant buffet was yummy.
