"The hotel and staff itself was very enjoyable. The breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Juices, fruits pastrys, dishes, sides, and coffees, made for a fantastic breakfast. There was shopping that was in walking distance that made the stay nice. The pool, sauna, and weight room was definitely an added bonus. The only critic I have about the facility was that the rooms air conditioning system was...

"We only stayed one night, it was a comfortable stay. We required valet parking, however there was no one available to help us when we arrived which made checking-in more stressful than it needed to be - but when it was sorted it was good to know our car was safely parked nearby. The hotel has good amenities, clean comfortable room and breakfast was great."

"Property is Lakeside instead of in the Brasilia Hotel Zone. Service was excellent. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Room is fine and in general clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Two issues that make it unlikely I will stay again. I felt like I needed to wear shower shoes because of the mold in the grout. And there are no convenient outlets for plugging in computer and phone."
