Zero communication from the booking agency. The apartment was filthy. Bed sheets, curtains, bathroom, walls, and floors are all dirty! Knats and Bed Bugs too!!!! Nenhuma comunicação por parte da agência de reservas. O apartamento estava imundo. Lençóis, cortinas, banheiro, paredes, pisos, tudo sujo! Infestado de mosquitos e percevejos também!

Foi uma boa estadia. Ótima localização. Infraestruturas do hotel muito boa. Quarto limpo e agradável. Porém o que precisa melhorar é trocar o enxoval de cama, pois o mesmo já está gasto e usado. Travesseiros velhos e sem conforto, assim como a cama.
