Quarto limpo, ar condicionado funciona bem, blackout é ótimo. Só tivemos problemas no café da manhã onde as mesas estavam ocupadas por pessoas ou com pratos sujos, sem uma rápida limpeza das mesas.

O quarto sempre estava um pouco sujo e com poeira, mesmo quando eu solicitava a limpeza. Estive no hotel uma semana e eles só disponibilizavam uma toalha de banho. Mesmo quando pedia para repor, sempre era apenas uma. E não havia toalha de rosto. Os funcionários são gentis. O café da manhã é razoável, mas em uma semana que fiquei era sempre as mesmas opções de comidas e poucas opções. Pelo preço cobrado pelas diárias, poderia ser melhor o serviço prestado.

A localização é excelente, entretanto outros itens não foram positivos, destaco-os: Me foi informado que o estacionamento sem manobrista estava incluso, não estava, tive de pagar a diária para a minha estadia. Solicitei um quarto com uma bancada melhor, pois necessitava trabalhar e a disponível era bem pequena, recusaram dizendo que era tudo padrão, no entanto vi um quarto de frente com uma bem melhor, que me atenderia. Enfim, experiência ruim nestes quesitos!

Segundo a atendente meu nome não estava no sistema no momento do check in, foi um processo mais demorado para liberar minha estadia. O lençol estava rasgado, a impressao é que está “poindo” pq é muito velho, café da manhã deixou a desejar, alimentas não eram frescos.

O hotel tem um estilo aconchegante e tradicional, com algumas alas já reformadas. O quarto em que me hospedei estava entre os reformados e apresentava boas condições, de modo geral satisfatórias. O café da manhã foi bom, porém dentro da média. O ponto negativo foi a falta de toalhas de banho e de rosto no quarto. Os funcionários informaram que não havia disponível no momento e demoraram bastante para providenciar. Considerando o valor da diária , esperava um padrão de atendimento e estrutura mais compatível com o preço cobrado.
