Several longterm, very noticeable, maintenance issues need to be addressed. Ceiling tile above the shower was mouldy and damp, sagging down, from a long term leak above. The wall near the shower also showed signs of the leak from the room above. Valance above window broken and sagging above window. The hotel needs maintenance now and rooms in this condition should not be rented. "
