The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately

The property looks like last time it was remodeled or updated was late 1970s. Bed was bouncy, cheap spring mattress. No exhaust fan in bathroom, no microwave. Leaking sink with bucket underneath. AC was older push button, no digital temp display. Ice machine on floor 2 didn't work. No wifi. Only 2 wash clothes and 2 towels, which was rough and a little dingy.

As soon as we walked in the room we noticed a horrible smell. The carpet and floors were filthy. This was positively the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Since there were no other rooms available we we stuck. Manager promised us a refund which we have yet to receive.

NEVER AGAIN!! Not dirty, but shabby. But the worst part was, while I was gone to pick up breakfast, the manager mistakenly entered our room instead of the vacated one next to us with his pass key. Had he done his due diligence and knocked first anyway, he wouldn't have BARGED IN ON MY GIRLFRIEND WHO WAS NAKED AT THAT MOMENT. I've worked in a hotel before, and even if you're *certain* a guest room is vacant, you ALWAYS KNOCK BEFORE ENTERING!! NO EXCUSES!! You never know when someone is changing clothes in what they THOUGHT was a secure room. She was traumatized by this wanton carelessness!

As bad as it gets.

I arrived and the check in door was locked. I rang the bell, and got no response. I called the number and when I told them I was ready to check in; he told me he was cleaning the bathroom and He would be 10 min. I had to wait 10 min outside in the heat. There was no ice machine. They rooms electric outlets didn’t work and I couldn’t charge my phone. There are plenty of better options in Branson for a similar price.
