"When we arrived to the house the main TV wouldn’t work so call the desk and they said they would send someone right away. Over an hour later still no one. Called the desk back to tell them we were going out and no one had fixed the TV. Our house had a jacuzzi tub which my 3 teenage daughters were excited about using! It was broke called front desk and they said someone would be right there! Over an hour later someone showed up couldn’t fix so called another guy worked on tub until almost 11...
