"We stayed one night, had dinner, used the hot tub and sat in the lounge. The resort had everything we needed and we didn’t have to leave. The lady who checked me in was so friendly, she made entertainment suggestions and gave us coupons to the restaurant. Staff was super helpful."

"The only issue was with WIFI. I have a virus protection program on my laptop. I couldn't get WIFI in my room. I have stayed a many other hotel/motels and this has never been the problem. It seems that hotels in Branson always have issues with WIFI. It was would be nice if the hotel had a smart tv so I could log into my Disney channel and watch some good movies/tv shows instead of the limited selection we had on the cable tv in the room. I was in 2319 building 2 and the shower had a loud scream when it was on. Other than that, we had a lovely time. The breakfast was good and the air conditioner worked well. Thank you."

"Do not get sucked into attending the Wyndham property ownership presentation. They say it’s only 90 minutes, but they kept us for over two hours and were very rude when we did not want to purchase their program. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again. Ever! "

"Property is beautiful and well maintained. Close to all attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Being from NYC we have high travel standards and this resort did not disappoint. Note pool is closed for renovations."

"The beds had a few stains on them and there was a gap under the door that had to be blocked with a towel so the outside air/bugs couldn’t get in. "

"Amazing getaway. Only complaint is due to my being a light sleeper, the floors seemed thinner than most places and I could hear every step the people of above us made. But everything else about this place was great!"

"We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again."

"The staff was very kind and nice. But when I made the booking. I thought I was getting a room on the landing side by the stores. We were on the corner by the rail road tracks still a nice room. Just wasn’t what I expected. Also, I have stayed her before with family. This was for Mother’s Day. As a single mom, I had to save to stay here. My daughter is 8. All she talked about all day was going to the pool. We had an early dinner. I promised he we could stay hour at the pool. We were there for 30min. And a group of people came in with ice chest drinking beer ( I didn’t not care) but the had a huge baseball group of boy. And another group of girls. Another couple that was there the night before left shortly after with their children. The group got worse. Running and jumping in the pool, wrestling, yelling very loud. My daughter had a little small spot of the pool. It was very scary for one when a kid then a kid ran and jumped as she was underwater and almost jumped in her head. That’s why we decided to leave. I reported it to the front desk. It was crazy and it was very sad that the parents were not letting their kids act this way. Also, I thought the hotel regulated this more. I felt that should’ve have never gotten to that sign the sign say no horse play. I’ve always felt these rules with my children and their friends."
