"Good location, close to all the old town attractions with lots of places to eat and drink near by. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The only negatives were the bed, which had a very thin mattress and was too firm and the smell outside the hotel, probably caused by a blocked drain somewhere."

They cater to all your needs and respond immediately. The amenities of the hotel are amazing: spa service, gym, pool and saunas. "A centrally placed hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Old Town is a 5 minute walk away. There are many fantastic eateries in the Old Town as well as historic sights such as House of the Blackheads and The Three Brothers. Highly recommended. "

They accommodated us when we asked to change our room the second day, due to a strong odor of paint since the hotel is going through a renovation. They also helped us with a later checkout. "Very nice modern comfortable room in a recent addition to the hotel. The only inconvenience was that one of us had to wait in the car on the street, while the other went to the reception to pay for the parking and get the instructions on how to get there. Fortunately, the line at the reception was not very long at that time. After parking, we had to line up at the reception for check-in again. The parking was only a few minutes walk to the hotel along a closed street in the old town. There is a very big (mostly food) market at about 10 min walk from the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel. Spacious & comfortable room. Great breakfast. Would have preferred a separate shower cubicle in place of a shower over the bath. Would also have been nice to have a separate sitting area in the hotel lobby, for relaxing and reading, etc. But these are minor quibbles in what was, overall, an excellent stay."
