"Brilliant hotel, right near the train station. Staff were excellent and accommodation was lovely nice and spacious and has a lovely bathroom and shower area. All staff, were amazing right from check in to checkout. Would highly recommend "

"Poor quality stay for the money. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and they had a smart tv which we could actually watch Netflix on (more hotels need to do this). "

"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous institution. "
