"I love the history and architecture of the building and the rooms were fabulous. I did not like the price. I know everything is going up in price due to inflation but it would be great if you were a first time traveller to the hotel if there would be a bit of a discount.; even just 10% or so."

"I liked this hotel very much. Having a restaurant on site was a complete bonus. Airport shuttle too! My only issue with the room is that the bathroom had no safety grab bars. While showering, the tub felt a little slippery for me but worse for my 86 yr old aunt. "

"Our check in was very welcoming. The room is small but we soon got used to it. Beds are comfy enough. Pillows are comfortable. My only complaint would be the street noise but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s a great location for restaurants, subway access, shopping. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Toronto. "
