"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. "We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"
