"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Fabulous hotel, the Grand double room was amazing and felt like a real bit of luxury. We had breakfast both days and that was very nice. Helpful and friendly staff, all in all a great stay and I would recommend it."

"The welcome at Reception was great, even though I didnt arrive til after 8:30pm. The Instruction manual in the room covered everything I needed to know. The reception staff brought different coffee pods very promptly when asked. Very comfy bed. Great shower and en-suite. One issue: there should be a warning notice that the bath is as slippery as ice, and the rubber mat needs to be closer to the bathtub. Lovely variety of foods on offer for breakfast. 11am is a very good booking-out time. Thank you for looking after my bag while I played tourist and met my friends for lunch. A good 8minute walk from the station, but achievable. Thank you to all at the White Swan"

"The hotel was lovely for our stay. The breakfast was good and included options for gluten free. There were a few spots that needed a little attention in my room mostly on the baseboards, the nightstand between the 2 beds had a broken shelf, and the restaurant service was a little slow but the food was filling the first time we went, the second time they were maybe busy but they put 5 shavings of cheese on my cheesy garlic bread and the soup was watered down, however I would definitely stay again"
