The staff could make a difference if they would be trained to be friendly, proactive, offering information about services in the area, such as late night food orders and deliveries to the hotel. The front lobby and main entrance must be cleaned more often. Lighting of the main entrance could be improved. "

"Room as satisfactory and service was good. Was very disappointed to learn I paid for 3 nights through Expedia and when I had a family emergency and left after 2 nights that I would still be charged for three nights."
