"The AC in my room was broken. When I called the drint desk about it. They moved me to an upgraded room. Morgan was working the desk that day. She not only dropped off the key to my new room, she offered to help me move by belongings to the new room. She was very polite and very helpful."

"We stayed here for one night and it was exactly what we needed. Such a quaint place and breakfast with different options to choose from Very clean and front desk staff was super helpful. On another note beds are small for two adults. I would stay there again."

"We came to Bangor for an urgent medical appointment ( we live 3 hours away). They were able to take us in early so our dog did not have to be in a hot car while we were at NLH.
